Exchange & Refund Policy
Return / Exchange Eligibility
- Return / Exchange Period: You can return / exchange items within 5 days of delivery.
- Non-Returnable Items: IItems like accessories, Luxe Cut Pieces , Sales items , customized and personalized products can neither be exchanged nor returned.
- Specific Return Terms: Refer to the product page for specific return terms for other items.
- Product Condition: Products must be in original condition and include all labels & tags intact.

- Return Conditions: Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from the online description.
- Approval: All refunds are subject to approval.
Shipping and Return Charges
- Shipping Charges: Shipping is free within India.
- Return / Exchange Charges: For returns within India, a flat fee of INR 199 will be deducted, and for exchanges, a fee of INR 99 will be applied. The remaining amount will be refunded to your wallet as a coupon.
Refund Process
- Return Request: Once you raise the return request, we will arrange pickup for the product.
- Quality Check: Once the returned item is received , it will go through our quality check process.
- Refund Initiation: Upon successful quality check , your exchange will be dispatched or credit will be issued.
- Refund Timeline: You will receive your refund within 7 to 10 days.
Return & Cancellation
- Returns: You can place return request within 5 days of delivery.
- Cancellations: Order cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing the order.
How to Return a Product
1. Find your order:
Go to the "Exchange" tab on website , enter your phone number and email, select the Order ID, and proceed with return or exchange.
2. Select the Item:
Choose the specific order and the item within that order that you wish to exchange.
3. Initiate the Request:
Look for a "Return" or "Exchange" button and click it to start the process.
You can put the return request online without needing to call or email.
4. Fill in Details:
You will need to provide a reason for the exchange (e.g., wrong size) and select the option for a replacement or exchange.
5. Prepare the Product:
Make sure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original sellable condition.
Keep all original tags attached to the product.
Pack the item in its original packaging if possible.
6. Arrange Pickup:
The website will arrange for a courier or pickup agent to collect the item from your address within a few days.
7. Hand Over the Parcel:
Give the packed item to the pickup agent when they arrive.
8. Track Your Exchange:
Once the returned item is received and processed, your exchange will be dispatched or a refund/credit will be issued .
