Return / Exchange Eligibility

• Return / Exchange Period: You can return / exchange items within 7 days of delivery.
• Non-Returnable Items:  Items like accessories, Luxe Cut Pieces , Sales items , customized and personalized products can neither be exchanged nor returned.
• Specific Return Terms: Refer to the product page for specific return terms for other items.
• Product Condition: Products must be in original condition and include all labels & tags intact.
• Non-Refundable Charges :  :  Items like accessories, Luxe Cut Pieces , Sales items , customized and personalized products  can neither be exchanged nor returned and hence non refundable.
• Return Conditions: Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from the online description.
• Approval: All refunds are subject to approval.

 
Shipping and Return Charges

• Shipping Charges: Shipping is free within India.
• Return / Exchange Charges: For returns within India, a flat fee of Rs 199 will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded as a coupon via email. For exchanges a fee of Rs 99 per product will be applied.
