REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY
What if I the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call on our toll free number 1800 102 9669 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
What if the customer wants to Replace a product received in perfect condition ?
If the product received by the customer is in perfect condition, however the customer wants to replace it with another size or design, in such a situation we have a replacement option for the customers subject to stock availability and provided the customer bears the to and fro charges of courier / shipping / duties if any which shall be subjective in terms of number of products & distance and is willing to pay the excess amount if any. Please make sure that the original product's tag and packing is intact when you send us the product. For customers outside India the replacement process is geographically as well as economically unfeasible, however if the customer intends to proceed with the replacement at his own expense we shall initiate the replacement process.
How to initiate the replacement process?
The Customer can contact us on our toll-free number 1800 102 9669 or send us an email at email@example.com mentioning his Order ID. Our customer support team will then initiate the replacement process at the earliest.
No Refund Policy
We do not have a refund policy.Once the transaction has taken place we do not provide a refund option to the customers.
