Cancellations

Cancelling Your Order

Order cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once your order has been dispatched from our end, cancellation is no longer possible.

If you placed an order before a sale and a sale later begins, the order cannot be cancelled during the sale period — as per our policy, an order cannot be cancelled and re-purchased at the discounted sale price.

Refund for Cancellations

Within 12 hours

Full Refund

The entire amount is refunded within 24 hours as a gift card / coupon via email.Coupon not valid during an ongoing sale.

After 12 hours

Rs. 99 Deducted

A fee of Rs. 99 is deducted; the balance is credited as a gift card / coupon via email.Coupon not valid during an ongoing sale.

Refund for Returns & Refused Deliveries

For returns, a fee of Rs. 199 is deducted and the balance is credited as a gift card / coupon via email — once the item is returned and passes our quality check process.

If you refuse to accept the delivery, or the order is returned to us because it was refused by the customer, a fee of Rs. 199 is deducted and the remaining balance is refunded as a coupon.

All refunds are issued as store gift cards / coupons via email and are subject to approval after a successful quality check. Coupons issued as refunds cannot be used during an ongoing sale or promotional period.

Coupons During a Sale

Any gift card or coupon issued as a refund is not valid for use during an ongoing sale or promotional period. Coupons cannot be applied on top of sale prices and will not be honoured while a sale is live.
