Cancelling Your Order
Order cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing the order.
Refund for Cancellations
Within 12 hours
Full Refund
The entire amount is refunded within 24 hours as a gift card via email.
After 12 hours
Rs. 99 Deducted
A fee of Rs. 99 is deducted; the balance is credited as a gift card via email.
Refund for Returns
For returns, a fee of Rs. 199 is deducted and the balance is credited as a gift card via email — once the item is returned and passes our quality check process.
All refunds are issued as store gift cards via email and are subject to approval after a successful quality check.
