What is your return & exchange policy?
Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, in original condition with all tags intact. Accessories, Luxe Cut Pieces, sale items and customized products are non-returnable. For returns within India, a flat Rs. 199 fee is deducted and the balance refunded as a gift card.
Do you ship across India?
Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders within India. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days, with delivery in 3–7 business days depending on location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! For orders outside India, please shop at our dedicated international store mashroostore.us, where international charges and delivery timelines are shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order ships. You can also view order status anytime from your Mashroo account.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. If you're between sizes or unsure, message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you find the perfect fit.
