mashroostore.com is committed to delivering your order with good-quality packaging within the given time frame. Our current turnaround time is within 24 working hours. For India we deliver within 3–7 working days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. We ship throughout the week, except Sundays & Indian public holidays. To ensure your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest time, we ship through reliable logistics partners.
Shipping Internationally?
For orders outside India, we ship from our international store. Please order at mashroostore.us — delivery times and charges are shown there at checkout.

The shipping charge is specified separately for every product. For multiple products ordered, the system adds up the total of all individual shipping charges.
Our prices are all inclusive — all applicable taxes are included in the list prices.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 24 working hours from the date the order is placed — except for Abayas and Co-Ord Sets, which are dispatched on the 4th or 5th working day after the order has been placed.
Orders are delivered within 5–7 working days for India. Delivery is made to the address mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
If you have not received your order but tracking shows it as delivered, please email us at support@mashroostore.com within 48 hours of the shipment being marked as delivered.
What if the product is received in a damaged condition?
If you receive a product in bad condition, or the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person.
Also email us at support@mashroostore.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure a brand-new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure the original product tag and packing are intact when you send the product back.
